Sayyid Al-Hakeem Receives Secretary-General of Al-Jihad and Construction Movement
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, received Mr. Jawad Al-Saadi, Secretary-General of the Jihad and Construction Movement. They discussed the latest developments in Iraqi political affairs, the approach to evolving events in Syria, Iraq’s unified stance in addressing these challenges, and support for the government’s service and development efforts.
His Eminence reaffirmed the need to approach regional issues with a balanced perspective—avoiding both underestimation and exaggeration, affirming that Iraq has made significant achievements politically, socially, and in terms of security. Preserving and enhancing these achievements is a collective responsibility.
Furthermore, H.E. stressed the importance of supporting the government’s service and development path and advocated for empowering provinces by granting them full constitutional and legal authority.
