Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets State of Law Coalition Head, Discusses Important National Agends
In the interest of enhancing national unity and security readiness, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, with the Head of the State of Law Coalition, Mr. Nouri Al-Maliki, and discussed key national priorities, including unity, security preparedness, and support for service, development, and diplomatic efforts. Also present were the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Muhsin Al-Mandalawi, the Head of Al-Nahj Al-Watani Bloc, Mr. Abdul-Sada Al-Furaiji, and the Secretary of the Coordination Framework, Dr. Abbas Al-Ameri.
The meeting addressed several critical national issues, with a focus on strengthening national unity to tackle the various challenges Iraq faces across different sectors. The participants emphasized the need for enhanced coordination and joint efforts to address security challenges, including completing the work to eliminate terrorist hideouts in remote and desert areas, while maintaining military and security readiness to face any future threats.
The importance of supporting the service and development sectors was also discussed, with a strong emphasis on the continued opening of projects that benefit citizens and strengthen the relationship between them and government institutions, contributing to improved conditions across all provinces.
Additionally, there was a firm commitment to supporting local governments and granting them the necessary powers to perform their duties in serving the public, free from political conflicts, ensuring the implementation of development programs and fulfilling the aspirations of the Iraqi people.
This meeting comes at a critical time, as national forces continue their efforts to bolster internal stability and strengthen Iraq's position regionally and internationally.
