Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Iraqi People Sacrifices Laid Today’s Achievements Foundation

As part of His Eminence's tour in Dhi Qar Province, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, visited the guesthouse of the Khafaja A'lawi tribe, where H.E. was received by Sheikh Nizar Jabbar Ali Al Shajjan, along with a gathering of the tribe’s esteemed sheikhs and dignitaries.
During the meeting, H.E. praised the historical ties that bind Al-Hikma to Al-Khafaja tribe, affirming that the tribe remains a pillar of Iraqi society due to its influence and deep-rooted presence across Iraq and the Arab world.
H.E. reflected on the significant political, social, and security challenges Iraq has faced, highlighting that Dhi Qar, like the rest of the country, has overcome many obstacles through the determination and cooperation of its people. H.E. stressed that the great sacrifices made by the Iraqi people were the foundation for the progress seen today.
Reaffirming the need to preserve and build upon these achievements, H.E. emphasized that the current phase requires collective efforts to sustain the momentum of development and reconstruction. H.E. also commended the Khafaja tribe’s role in strengthening national unity and supporting stability in the country.
This visit is part of H.E.'s broader tour in Dhi Qar, which aims to enhance communication with Iraqi tribes and address their concerns about further stability and development across Iraq.
