During a visit to Sulaymaniyah, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) President Bafel Talabani and members of the party’s political bureau. His Eminence congratulated the Kurdistan leadership on the successful regional elections, extending his congratulations to all competing parties for their achievements.
