H.E. praised the progress seen in some provinces, including Wasit, and stressed the importance of utilizing oil resources for the benefit of local communities. H.E. called for prioritizing development and reconstruction in areas where oil is extracted.
H.E. also emphasized the need to support the agricultural sector by providing seeds, fertilizers, and fuel, commending Prime Minister Al-Sudani’s understanding of its needs given his expertise in this field. H.E. encouraged fostering positivity, optimism, and a focus on achievements.
