Sayyid Al-Hakeem Stresses Continued Social Connection Importance Among All Communities
From Aqrah District in Dohuk Province, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem met with a gathering of sheikhs and dignitaries at the guesthouse of Sheikh Fadhil Agha Al-Aqrawi. His Eminence recalled the sacrifices made by all segments of the Iraqi people in the fight against dictatorship and in facing the challenges of nation-building. H.E. emphasized that the relationship between Arabs and Kurds is deeply rooted, highlighting the importance of maintaining connection among all communities. Al-Hakeem congratulated the people of Kurdistan on the success of their recent elections, noting that the high voter turnout demonstrated the awareness and strong commitment of the Kurdish people to democracy.
