    Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets with Bapir, Calls for a Unified Islamic Stance Against the Unjust War on the Palestinian and Lebanese People

    In the second stop of his visit to the Kurdistan Region, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with Prince Sheikh Ali Bapir, leader of the Kurdistan Justice Group. They exchanged views on the latest political developments in Iraq and the region, with Sayyid Al-Hakeem emphasizing the importance of cooperation among all political forces to address shared challenges. His Eminence also called for the formation of a government in the Kurdistan Region that prioritizes citizens' welfare and sustains the progress of development and reconstruction.
    H.E. renewed his call to end the unjust war on the Palestinian and Lebanese people, urging a unified Islamic stance to pressure the international community to fulfill its role in stopping the war, providing aid to displaced persons, and rebuilding affected cities. H.E. also reiterated the importance of resolving outstanding issues between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, emphasizing that mutual concessions from all parties are essential to reach a lasting resolution.
