Sayyid Al-Hakeem Praises Holy Karbala Reconstruction and Development
In Al-Husseiniya district of Karbala, His Eminence met with the noble Al-Masoud tribe at the guesthouse of Sheikh Sabah Nouri Al-Samramad, the tribal chief, along with several of its sheiks and dignitaries. Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, praised the reconstruction and development efforts underway in the holy province of Karbala, noting that it is part of the broader reconstruction occurring throughout Iraq. H.E. emphasized that Karbala has set a model example and reiterated that Iraq has overcome its security, political, and societal challenges. H.E. expressed his confidence that Iraq will also overcome the challenge of providing services.
H.E. called attention to the United Nations Security Council's consensus to end the UN mission in Iraq, highlighting it as a sign of the world’s belief in Iraq's recovery.
H.E. affirmed the government's seriousness in providing services, as well as the commitment of local governments, including Karbala's administration. H.E. expressed hope that the aspirations of the Iraqi people will be fulfilled.
