Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Most talk about corruption stems from political scapegoating and targeting the Iraqi experience

H.E. recalled pivotal moments in Iraq's history, confronting dictatorship and building the Iraqi experience, noting the political landscape's developments and the regional and international shifts in perception of the Iraqi situation. H.E. cautioned against a policy of demonizing everything and spreading discouragement and negativity, stating that much of the talk about corruption comes from the angle of political scapegoating and targeting the Iraqi experience.
H.E. urged consideration of the variables, including a positive approach to the development road project, expressing optimism about Iraq's progress in reconstruction and services, reaffirming his support for Babylon and its projects and local government to achieve positive accumulation.
