Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Prime Minister's visit to America represents evidence of interest and Iraq's regional position restoration

During his meeting with the sheiks and dignitaries of the Quraish tribe in Babylon province on 3/5/2024, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, paid tribute to the late Sheikh Abdul Ameer Al-Quraishi, emphasizing the importance of communication with Iraqi provinces and tribes to remember the past and discuss the present and future. H.E. discussed the developments in the political and social scene, stating that Iraqis have achieved a significant milestone represented by the current stability the country is experiencing, both in terms of security, politics, and society.
H.E. clarified that Iraq has suffered from the region's misunderstanding of the Iraqi equation and the nature of democracy therein, but today, things are different with a positive reading and respect for the Iraqi situation. He pointed to the Prime Minister's visit to America, which represents evidence of interest and Iraq's restoration of its position in the region, urging to seize opportunities and not to revert to previous squares.
H.E. emphasized success in addressing service challenges, expressing his confidence in local governments to change the reality, calling for support for farmers and the provision of fertilizers. In Babylon alone, there are one million hectares suitable for agriculture and an equal amount ready for reclamation. H.E. also called for the investment of the province's potential agriculturally, industrially, and tourism-wise, renewing his support for Babylon, its government, people, and tribes.
