Sayyid Al-Hakeem discusses bilateral ties with Indian Ambassador
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with His Excellency Prashant Pise, the Indian Ambassador to Iraq on 27/2/2024, in which they discussed the current situation in Iraq and the wider region. H.E. also explored ways to strengthen the bilateral relations between Baghdad and New Delhi and how Iraq could benefit from India's expertise in agriculture, technology, and medicine. H.E. emphasized the significant importance of a country as big as India and its capabilities for Iraq.
Additionally, H.E. addressed the ongoing developments in Gaza, emphasizing the urgency of resolving the crisis, assisting displaced individuals, and rebuilding the city. H.E. stressed that resolving the Gaza crisis is essential for containing regional conflicts and preventing their escalation to other areas.
