Sayyid Al-Hakeem affirms unifying religious discourse, modernizing it to harmonize with challenges
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with Sheikh Mishaan Al-Khazraji, head of the Sunni Endowment Beauru, and discussed Unifying the religious discourse and discussing the challenges of the present stage, notably the Gaza crisis. His Eminence affirmed the importance of unifying the religious discourse and modernizing it to align with the challenges. H.E. also stressed the use of modern methods in discussing and expressing opinions and listening to the new generations.
H.E. stressed the importance of the religious institution to assume its role in addressing the issues of society, notably the drug issue, and the issues of divorce and the family in general.
H.E. also affirmed the importance of the unity of the Islamic position towards the Gaza crisis, and held the international community massively responsible for the extermination of an unarmed population being bombarded by tons of explosives and denied food and water.
