Sayyid Al-Hakeem discusses bilateral ties, enhance and develop them, with French Ambassador
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with His Excellency Éric Chevalier, the French Ambassador on 3/1/2024, on the occasion of the end of his mission for his country, wishing him success in his upcoming missions and for those who will succeed him in leading France’s mission in Iraq. His Eminence affirmed the importance of strengthening the relationship between Iraq and France and investing in the historical relations between the two countries. Moreover, H.E. called to strengthen commonalities, develop them, and build on top of them.
H.E. called on the international community to hold responsibility for what’s taking place in Gaza, in addition to the cease-fire, provide aid, and triumph for what remains of the values and human consciousness to put an end to the systematic killing of children, women, and unarmed civilians.
H.E. shed light on the recent local elections, and we also illustrated their constitutional importance and their role in enhancing stability and achieving sustainable development.
