Sayyid Al-Hakeem on Popular Mobilization act commemoration: notable goal to ensure fighters’ rights
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, commemorated the memory of passing the Popular Mobilization Forces act, and affirmed that the prominent goal is to guarantee the fighters’ rights.
In a statement by His Eminence on the commemoration day, that its approval is a formal and legal acknowledgment of the significance and indispensable role of this institution.
H.E. continued, “The foremost objective behind our efforts in passing this law was to safeguard the rights of the individuals within this institution and to establish its importance as an official entity, operating under the command of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, protecting the state and its political system.
Furthermore, on this occasion, H.E. stressed the strategic necessity of Popular Mobilization as a crucial element in safeguarding Iraq from potential risks and threats, in conjunction with its other security and military formations. H.E. emphasized the imperative, on this occasion, to fully and meticulously implement this law and to put an end to any instances that run counter to its provisions.
