Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Peace & War decisions, exclusive parliamentary powers; legislative body to represent Iraqi people’s interests
In a dialogue with His Eminence Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the State’s Powers Alliance, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, blessed the launch of the elections campaign to form alliances with other entities, wishing good luck to everyone, calling to compete based on service electoral programs.
Regarding the Palestinian developments, His Eminence reiterated his call to the international community to bear responsibility, stressing, at the same time, adherence to the Iraqi constitution in terms of the decision regarding peace and war, affirming that it falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the House of Parliament as the legislative body representing the interests of the people.
