Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls Mandean community immigrants’ voluntary return
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with Sheikh Sattar Al-Hilou, the leader of the Mandaean community in Iraq and worldwide on 11/10/2023, and discussed the current state of social components, especially after the stability that Iraq is experiencing on all levels. His Eminence called for the voluntary return of all immigrants, especially those from the Mandean community.
H.E. emphasized that the presence of these components is a source of strength for Iraq and enriches Iraqi culture. H.E. stressed the importance of preserving diversity and reiterated his call to manage diversity in Iraq, making Iraqi components bridges for communication with the peoples of the region and the world.
