Sayyid Al-Hakeem Calls to Strengthen Egyptian Relations, Utilize Baghdad, Cairo Commonalities
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, expressed his appreciation for the role played by His Excellency the Egyptian Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Waleed Ismail, in leading his country's mission in Baghdad as it nears its completion on 8/10/2023. H.E. wished him success in his upcoming mission and emphasized the importance of Egypt to the countries in the region. H.E. called to enhance cooperation between the two nations in various fields and to harness their energies, potentials, and shared opportunities. H.E. illustrated the current political landscape and the factors that have led to the state of stability in the country. H.E. reiterated that stability in Iraq is a fundamental requirement for regional stability. H.E. commended the heroic actions carried out by Palestinian forces, describing them as a natural response to the crimes committed by the occupiers against oppressed people who aspire to establish their state, liberate their land, and preserve their sanctities.
