Sayyid Al-Hakeem Discusses Iraq's Political Scene, Preserve Stability with Al-Dhari
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with Sheikh Jamal Al-Dhari, the Secretary-General of the Iraqi National Project, and discussed the developments in the political scene in Iraq and the region, as well as the latest updates in the occupied territories on 7/10/2023. His Eminence explained that what is happening is the result of the crimes committed by the Israeli entity and its disrespect for sacred sites. H.E. also affirmed the Palestinians' right to liberate their land and establish their state.
H.E. further discussed with Al-Dhari the overall political situation and the nature of the upcoming political milestones. H.E. highlighted the importance of the upcoming local elections and the potential outcomes that will determine the state's course in the coming period.
H.E. reiterated his support for Mr. Al-Sudani’s government, calling for dialogue to resolve outstanding issues. H.E. emphasized that it is the responsibility of everyone to preserve the stability achieved in the political, economic, social, and security levels.
