Sayyid Al-Hakeem proposes to allocate addressing unemployment fixed space with Cabinet, calls to restore Iraq’s agricultural status
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, stated that true leaders are those who sincerely and diligently work towards noble goals and benevolent purposes. They unite scattered efforts, convince everyone rather than subjugate them, unify objectives rather than belittle them, and distribute roles rather than monopolize them. His Eminence illustrates that they believe that their existence is linked to the existence of the other partner, and their success is tied to the success of the partner. They believe that God's hand protects and guides the good-doers.
H.E. called on the Cabinet to allocate a fixed section to address the unemployment crisis. H.E. also stressed the importance of restoring Iraq’s agricultural status and utilizing its leverage to secure its water rights.
During the memorial event commemorating the former Iraqi President Jalal Talabani on 3/10/2023, His Eminence expressed his pride in the history that brought Al-Hakeem family together with the late president. H.E. stated that it was a luminous history where the blood of martyrs mixed, leaders' efforts united, and the sons came together to establish a new system where everyone is a first-class citizen with equal rights and duties, uniform conditions, and unified capabilities.
H.E. stressed the need to maintain the course and destiny, we need the past, present, future, existence, growth, progress, and dignified life. H.E. stressed the importance of unity, the maturity of the democratic experience, and the ability to resolve past or urgent crises within the framework of the law and constructive dialogue as well as Iraq’s future prospects. H.E. added, "Conflicts and intersections will not build nations, and a single hand cannot achieve high aspirations and major national entitlements. We all must realize that Iraq represents the common tent under which we seek shelter and enjoy without discrimination."
Sayyid Al-Hakeem warned against the transformation of the youth class into an angry force that could destroy the favorable national opportunity due to the demographic surge in Iraq. H.E. called for redirecting the youth toward the right path. H.E. also urged addressing the issue of youth unemployment and how to provide job opportunities in each province separately. H.E. stated that any political or electoral program that does not include the provision of job opportunities is unrealistic, describing it as a program of slogans and words. H.E. proposed that the Cabinet dedicate a fixed section in its regular meetings to discuss mechanisms for providing the required job opportunities and issuing adequate laws to create a suitable environment for job creation, as financial loans alone are insufficient if not accompanied by a suitable environment for the success of small and medium-sized projects.
