Sayyid Al-Hakeem meets the political bureau of PUK and stresses Iraq's need for stability in all arenas
During his visit to Sulaymaniyah, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with the political bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan headed by Professor Bafil Talabani in the presence of Mr. Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and reiterated the importance of resolving outstanding problems between the Federal Government and the Regional Government on one hand, and between Erbil and Suleimaniyah on the other through dialogue, the language of reason and logic, and the prevalence of public interest on the other.
His Eminence stated that the stability of the region is in Iraq's interest, as experiments demonstrated Iraq's need for stability in all arenas to achieve lasting stability and sustainable development. H.E. also referred to Iraq's unprecedented political, security, social, economic, and development stability, which requires everyone to maintain it and bring about real and sustainable development.
During the meeting, H.E. reviewed the regional and international position, stating that the state of satisfaction, support, and optimism is a common margin between the positions of the sisterly and friendly States and the vision of the Iraqi people of Mr. Al-Sudani’s Government as a service-oriented Government, with a clear program and a position of regional problems to adopt dialogue and bridge the relationship between the regional factions.
