Sayyid Al-Hakeem affirms state budget adoption, supports government to complete its program
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, received the Ambassador of the United States of America, Ms. Alina L. Romanowski, Wednesday, 10/5/2023, and affirmed the necessity of adopting the state budget. The meeting discussed enabling the government to implement its program, providing services for our people, and the political landscape updates in Iraq and the region.
The meeting also discussed climate change and the efforts to mitigate its effects, as well as ways to support Iraq in overcoming this challenge.
The two sides affirmed the importance of maintaining dialogue and bilateral ties between the two countries in all aspects and the importance of activating the articles of the strategic framework agreement between Baghdad and Washington.
Sayyid Al-Hakeem stated that Iraq is undergoing an unprecedented state of stability, thus creating fertile ground to attract investors and grand strategic projects that serve economic interests between it and the world.
