Sayyid Al-Hakeem, munificence isn’t by the size of what’s given, some munificence yet has so little
In the 15th Ramadan lecture on 14/4/2023, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, continued his speech on the letter of rights of our Imam Zayn Al-Abidine Ali bin Al-Hussein “PBUH”, His Eminence detailed the right of the Hand and what implications of the good or ugly deed, pointing out the real, metaphorical, and metonymical meaning of the Hand, explaining that generosity is one of the testaments of the metonymical meaning of the Hand and some narratives to urge generosity and magnanimity. H.E. illustrated that to reform the religion is through generosity, well manners, and doing good deeds for the people in need, indicating that Allah speaks of Angels’ generosity.
H.E. also illustrated how the speeches of our generous prophet “Allah’s Blessings and Peace Be Upon Him and His Family” and Ahl Al-Bayt “PBUT” urges us to do good, and how every good deed gets us closer to Allah Almighty, and that munificence is not by the size of what is given, as there are people that give a lot with all they have, yet they have so little.
