Sayyid Al-Hakeem reiterates government support, determines success factors
At the beginning of his visit to Wasit, the beloved governorate, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, visited the host of generosity, good fortune, and a history of heroic stances in the guest place of Sayyid Abdullah Abu Ragheef and met several sheiks and dignitaries from the governorate of Wasit on 22/2/2/2023. His Eminence blessed them on the auspicious births of the Imams of Ahl Al-Bayt "PBUT" and the advent of the holy month of Sha’ban and the great month of Shaaban. H.E. praised the history of the Clans of Wasit in defending Iraq at the stages of confronting dictatorship, state-building, and combating terrorism, recalling the populist uprising that we live in and the commemoration of 22 years ago when the revolution contributed to the isolation of the regime, broke the fear barrier of the Iraqi citizen, and increased the gap between the people and the system until he was overthrown later on.
H.E. stood in the difficult conditions that Iraq faced after 2003, when terrorism, IEDs, sectarianism, and community-focused projects had turned people against each other. H.E. stated that Iraq has progressed through difficult stages, with the most recent experience being the recent elections, which aimed to spark internal fighting between brothers and sisters. H.E. reiterated his support for the current government while declining to participate in it. His Eminence stated that support comes from believing in the necessity to provide services, investments, security stability, social solidarity, financial abundance, and the positive image of Iraq seen by others.
H.E. demonstrated that Iraq has a genuine opportunity to change reality for the better, urging consideration of past mistakes as well as optimism for the future and avoiding mistakes.
