Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Iraq’s pivotal position throughout history makes it a center for Arab and Islamic world
With the permission to launch the Future Prospects Conference for the followers of Ahl Al-Bayt “PBUT”, under the slogan “Central Nation”. Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met a group of professors and researchers from many countries taking part in the conference on 2/2/2023. His Eminence blessed them over the birth date of Imam Al-Jawad and approaching the birth date of Imam Ali “PBUT”, and indicated the pivotal position of Iraq in the movement of history, the role of its geographic position, and paths made it a central hub for the Arab and Islamic world, it also made it a station for challenges and schemes to destroy it and Ahl Al-Bayt “PBUT”.
H.E. illustrated the Iraqi people’s sacrifices’ nature, including Ahl Al-Bayt, in the face of the occupation and the fight against dictatorship, Al-Qaida terrorism, and concluded with ISIL, recalling the role played by the Supreme Religious Reference Fatwa in halting the advent of terrorism and starting the victory phase and the liberation of the land. H.E. commended firstly the sons of Middle and Southern Iraq for combating ISIL terrorism.
H.E. explained the importance of the sect as a source of enrichment for society, noting that the Shia sect has multiple sub-components and must open up to all, contain them, and find through them other brethren in religion and humanity. H.E. emphasized that the followers of Ahl Al-Bayt are governed by relations with the other components within their countries. Following Ahl Al-Bayt is not incompatible with the national identity, and called for internal cohesion and a good image of the school of Ahl Al-Bayt in ideology and manners. Also, sustain workshops and symposiums to reach a practical reading of the future prospects of Ahl Al-Bayt’s “PBUT” followers.
