Sayyid Al-Hakeem condemns desecration of Holy Quran, warns against attempts to spread hatred among people
Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, denounced the desecration of a copy of the Holy Quran by extremists in Sweden. His Eminence said in a statement: “We strongly denounce and condemn the desecration of a copy of the Holy Quran by extremist groups in Sweden. This is an act of a grand offense against the beliefs of 1.5 billion Muslims around the globe. We demand that the Swedish concerned authorities pursue any conduct that doesn’t abide by the international law that prohibits blasphemy and the vilification of religions, sects, and nationalities. We warn against such attempts trying to spread hatred between people.”
