Sayyid Al-Hakeem to Muslim Scholars: Terrorism lost its Iraqi social incubators, grand achievement
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, received the delegation of Muslim Scholars headed by the Secretary-General, Counselor Mohammed Abdulsalam on 17/1/2023. His Eminence expressed gratitude for visiting Iraq and having a real insight into its security and social, political, and cultural improvements.
H.E. illustrated the nature of political changes in Iraqi reality, and the importance of Iraq’s stability as a need for the safety and stability of the region. H.E. recalled the Iraqi people’s sacrifices in fighting terrorism. H.E. also stressed the most important achievement which was costing terrorism their social incubators in Iraq.
H.E. affirmed the importance of Islamic unity and agreed on constants that bring the nation together. Moreover, H.E. illustrated that one of the factors of unity is coexistence and field presence. H.E. used the Gulf Cup 25 as an example, which is being held in Basrah, and how it changed the impressions of the Gulf brotherly countries, their media on the Iraqi reality, and Iraqi individuals, after a halt of over decades.
H.E. also called to renew religious discourse in parallel with the challenges of the stage and the nature of the generations and their priorities, and the need to dedicate attention to the youth segment and invest their energy in serving the Arabic and Islamic communities.
