Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls to establish Disadvantaged Areas’ Support Fund
At the guest place of Al Ziad, the host of Sheikh Resan Mutesher Al-Zayadi on 22/12/2022, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met a group of sheikhs and dignitaries of the dear Al-Muthanna province and spoke of the honorable history that they share, indicating that one of the virtues of Iraqis is that they’re up for the challenge, bearing responsibility, and having altruism and sacrifice.
His Eminence called to establish a Disadvantaged Areas’ Support Fund and achieve positive discrimination in access to social justice when it comes to disadvantage and poverty ratios. H.E. commended the services provided by the local government in Al-Muthanna, requesting more.
H.E. warned against the return of the projects that target the Iraqi people, with new scenarios. H.E. said that terrorism and ISIL were plans to target the Iraqi people together, as well as a plan targeting the Iraqi people which has been shut down thanks to Allah Almighty, the Fatwa of the Supreme Religious Authority, the vigilant people who work to preserve the blood of Iraqis, and the national project.
H.E. reiterated his support to the Government despite not taking part in it and stated that "the purpose of the support is to serve the Iraqi people", stating that there is an opportunity to succeed in terms of relative financial abundance and the Government's interest in the provinces, its projects, and its development in cooperation with the federal ministries.
H.E. called for the investment of Al-Muthanna's potential, such as the presence of the desert and its investment, attention to agriculture, and the investment of groundwater, demanding the spread of positivity and leaving the language of frustration, negativity, and self-flagellation.
