Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Iraq pays taxes for its political system, people’s freedom
In the presence of the Governor of Al-Muthanna, Mr. Ahmed Menfa, and in the guest place of Sheikh Ghassab Jera Hussein Al-Mash’allawi, Sheikh of Al-Masha’ila clan, Banu Hacheem, 22/12/2022, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement recalled the history he shares with the sons of these generous clan, in addition to the positions in grand moments in the history of Iraq in fighting dictatorship and facing terrorism. Stating that Iraq has paid the price for the political system and the people’s freedom.
His Eminence called to take pride in the Iraqis' march of honor to defend their homeland, stressing the need to remember and commemorate martyrs' heroics in the fight against terrorism.
H.E. referred to the causes of last year's political crisis and attributed it to the lack of balance created by the political elections between the number of seats, the number of votes, the political representation, the political weight, the number of voters, and the number of participants, stressing that there was a scheme behind these unbalanced results.
H.E. called for the support and patience of the Government of Mr. Al-Sudani, as long as the indicators speak of its progress in the right direction. H.E. explained the nature of the Government's performance in the past few years and the priority of the governorates therein, as well as the Prime Minister being informative of most of the problems by virtue of the positions he held previously.
