    Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls to benefit from Australia’s agriculture and irrigation

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met the Australian Ambassador to Baghdad, Her Excellency Paula Ganley on 14/11/2022, and discussed bilateral ties between Iraq and Australia, and Iraqi and regional political scene developments. H.E. affirmed the importance of exchanging experiences in agriculture and called within this context to improve the agricultural sector through the insertion of modernized technology in mechanization and irrigation, as well as other sectors that Australia has a pioneering experience.
    His Eminence illustrated the importance of investing in the strengths of this government, such as regional and international support, financial abundance, security stability, and parliamentary support. It is also imperative to work on regaining trust in the political process through development projects that can enhance the Iraqi reality and provide job opportunities. H.E. expressed rejoice at having female representation in the Iraqi government and called for a bigger representation in the political scene and all other sectors in what fits her place and abilities.
