    Sayyid Al-Hakeem to Swedish Ambassador: Iraq continues constitutional entitlements completion from recent elections

    Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden in Iraq, Her Excellency Svärdström on 16/10/2022, and wished her success in her diplomatic mission in leading her country's mission in Iraq, and also wished Sweden success in its upcoming electoral practice and stressed the importance of developing bilateral ties between Baghdad and Stockholm in a way that achieves the interests of the two countries and preserves the sovereignty of Iraq, and the importance of communication in all fields, especially with the presence of a large Iraqi community in Sweden. 
    His Eminence valued Sweden’s role in supporting civil society organizations and presence in humanitarian cases. H.E. also listened to Her Excellency’s credentials of her country's government support for the security and stability of Iraq, H.E. indicated that Iraq is moving forward to complete the constitutional entitlements that resulted from the recent elections.
    H.E. emphasized that the fight against corruption begins with strengthening, empowering, and protecting state institutions, legally and constitutionally, and stressed the support of the youth segment, which represents the largest proportion of Iraqi society, and called for the perpetuation of plans that enable them and invest their energies in the service of their country, and indicated that Al-Hikma National Movement has a role in empowering young people and has pioneering experiences in this field.
