Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls to legislate voluntary work law, to complete scouting work infrastructure
At the annual conference of the Euphrates Association for Scout Education on 15/10/2022, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, called on the Parliament and political blocs to legislate a voluntary work law that would regulate the process of voluntary work and guarantee the rights of workers in this humanitarian field. H.E. also called on the government to establish the infrastructure for scouting work, including centers, camps, and scientific and recreational trips.
His Eminence stressed the importance of reliance on Allah and following the path of His Messenger “may Allah bless him and his family and grant them peace” and to triumph for the missionary project, invest in youth energies, adhere to religious and national values, and correct social norms, and the importance of investing time and physical strength to serve the project and build and develop oneself, indicating that the age of scouts is distinguished with positive enthusiasm and passion and that the project’s features are belonging to the idea of the Savior represented by Imam Al-Mahdi “may Allah hasten his honorable reappearance”, positive waiting, spreading righteousness, preparing people to the appearing, strengthening the relationship with The Imam of The Time and mentioning him on every occasion, as well as identifying the role of Iraq in the project of Imam Al-Hujjah “may Allah hasten his appearance”.
His Eminence emphasized the national identity that respects and preserves the sub-identity, triumphs for the state-building methodology, adheres to the project of moderation, centrist, and openness to all, take care of women, scientific self-building, and capacity development. H.E added, “Leadership is the ability to influence and that the ability of a leader is measured by the ability of his influence, with the importance of patience and steadfastness in moments of a setback and defeat and to have humility in moments of victory”.
