U.S. Embassy Chargé d'Affairs condoles Sayyid Al-Hakeem on scholar Sayyid Salih Al-Hakeem’s death
Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, received a letter of condolences from the Chargé d’Affairs of the US Embassy in Baghdad, David Berker, over the death of the scholar Sayyid Salih Al-Hakeem “may Allah have mercy on him” on 12/10/2022, noting that his country’s ambassador, Ms. Romanowski, had directed to offer condolences to his Eminence on her behalf for her travels outside Iraq. H.E. praised the role of the deceased and described him as a pioneer of interfaith dialogue and tolerance in Iraq.
