Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls to maintain communication with political parties to form national service government
Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met in his office in Baghdad, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Mrs. Jeanine Plasschaert on 3/10/2022, and discussed the developments of the political scene in Iraq and the mechanisms for ending the political impasse and forming the next government.
His Eminence stressed the need to formulate an equation able to contain everyone and maintain dialogue and communication between all political parties, calling for the formation of a national service government capable of providing services and job opportunities, and restoring the citizen’s confidence in the political system, reaffirming the role of the UN mission in Iraq and the importance of strengthening cooperation in all fields.
