Sayyid Al-Hakeem to Pakistani Political delegation, Iraq plays a great role to converge region’s parties’ views
Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with the Pakistani political and academic delegation headed by Senator Mashhad Hussein Sayyid, a member of the Pakistani Senate and Chairman of the Security and Defense Committee on 27/9/2022, and exchanged views on the interrelationship between Iraq and Pakistan in accordance to the role and status of the two countries in the Islamic reality.
Both sides affirmed the importance of developing bilateral ties in the fields of economy, politics and security, military, exchange of experiences in fighting terrorism, and building and reconstructing. H.E. indicated that Iraq, due to its position and the affirmed desire for a secure and stable region, plays an important role in converging the region's views.
