Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Coalition of State Administration forms to gather political powers, it is one of the national dialogue outcomes, and it is open to the Sadrist movement.

During his hosting at Al-Rafidain Forum for Dialogue, which is held under the slogan "The World is Changing", Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, on 27/9/2022, illustrated the nature of the Iraqi political scene and emphasized several important matters.
His Eminence said that the Coalition of State Administration was formed to be a gathering of the main powers in the country, and it is one of the outcomes of the national dialogue that was under the patronage of the Prime Minister, where the participating powers signed a document in which they defined the features of the state administration in the next stage and the road map for managing the country, noting that the invitation is extended to all, including the brothers in the Sadrist movement, many invitations were directed to them. And considering the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Mohammed Al-Halbousi, a patriotic figure with stature, and wished that he would not submit his resignation at this time, and we believe that most of the deputies will not accept it.
His Eminence added that "the continuation and perpetuation of dialogues between the political powers and everyone’s attendance is evidence that there is no crisis of confidence between them and the conflict is political, not componential."
The Sadrist movement is an essential partner and the coordination framework was open to the Sadrist brothers we were among the first to object to the resignation of their deputies, adding, "We sent more than one message to His Eminence Al-Sadr to reverse it, and we launched another message through a broad public program."
About the recent elections, His Eminence said:
"The recent elections were marred by many observations, including serious observations, and appeals were submitted in substantial cases to the Commission and the Federal Court, but the framework powers blessed the ratification of the results and congratulated the winners, in their commitment to the principles of democracy and the preservation of civil peace," referring to the status of Al-Hikma National Movement "and about our situation in Al-Hikma, we are reviewing our internal conditions and we are preparing for the upcoming electoral exercise.
His Eminence expressed his pride in converging the views of the political parties, indicating that he based this on his political and social history, his vision and good relations with everyone, and his ability to provide solutions more than describing the problem.
His Eminence added, "The brothers in the Sadrist movement did not respond to the framework's calls for dialogue, and we do not have a clear vision of what the Sadrist movement wants, and we have not heard an official objection from them about the nomination of Brother Mohammed Shia'a Al-Sudani to head the next government, other than media statements."
Regarding the early elections, His Eminence said:
"Most of the framework powers and other national powers are unwilling to hold early elections, but the withdrawal of the Sadrist brothers made them go to demand early elections after forming a strong government with full powers, approving the budget, amending the electoral law, and changing the commission," expressing his keenness to communicate with Sayyid Al-Sadr, adding, "If there is an interest With my visit to His Eminence, I will spare no effort to invest all possibilities to bring our views closer, and we view Sayyid Al-Sadr as a brother and a close friend, with whom we have with an affiliation to the holy city of Najaf, scientific families and ties of kinship.”

His Eminence expressed his regret over what happened in the Green Zone, and the thing that calls for optimism is the speed of encircling the crisis and Sayyid Al-Sadr’s call to his followers to adhere to peace. All of this is evidence of everyone’s desire not to escalate or repeat the scene, indicating that Al-Kadhimi’s government succeeded in calming the Iraqi street and establishing balanced relations with everyone, openness regionally and internationally, and convergence of views between the parties in the region.
Regarding his meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince, His Eminence said that the meeting was in depth without a limit for time or frankness, and H.E. discussed the interrelationships between Iraq and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, adding: "And we found from His Highness the desire, love, and openness to the Iraqi reality, and we said about the importance of integration between the Iraqi and Saudi strengths in the service of Arab and Muslim issues."
His Eminence pointed out that there is an Arab misunderstanding about the situation in Iraq after the change that took place in 2003 and concerns among some countries in the region, and some media outlets have contributed to deepening it, not filling it, expressing his optimism to invest the Gulf experience and the developmental experiences it possesses in the reconstruction and construction of Iraq.
Regarding the crisis in Yemen, Libya, and Sudan, His Eminence said, "The solution is for everyone to sit at the dialogue table and make concessions to each other, and then the role of friends and brothers comes to support the meeting of brothers and end the current crisis. There is no solution except through dialogue."
