His Eminence explained that the message of Al-Ghadir unites and does not differentiate as it is a message of righteousness, reform and bearing responsibility in building good governance, as it distinguishes between the behavior of state-building and authoritarian behavior. It is not designated towards Shiites alone, not even Muslims, but it is for all humanity, and the closer we come to the message of Al-Ghadir, the more unity and cohesion we have on the anniversary of the great victory over ISIS.
His Eminence stressed that the fatwa of sufficient jihad changed the scales of the battle, as the sons of our people, in all their categories, responded to this blessed fatwa, including the honorable Tufail clans, which offered 250 martyrs from their sons, emphasizing that the sons of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) personnel gave their lives and blood with humility and generosity for the sake of liberating the land, honor, and sanctities, and thanks to their blood, we enjoy security and stability today, calling to remember these young people and write down their exploits, sacrifices, and stories, and be proud of their heroism. As they are our pride, honor, and dignity. Reiterating the emphasis that the PMF institution is a necessity in the national defense grid and must be protected and it must continue the effort in building a sound and correct institutional structure and organizing its internal affairs administratively and militarily, and preserve the legacy and exploits of its martyrs to allow it to become books and works of art.
