In the guest-place of the honorable Al-Sudan clan, and with its general sheik, Mohammed Al-Seihoud, Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with sheiks, dignitaries, and sons of Al-Sudan clan 6/4/2022. He also recalled the common history with this noble tribe and the defining stations from the history of Iraq that brought us together.
His Eminence indicated that the political impasse is due in large part to the results of the unbalanced elections that resulted from the recent democratic practice, explaining the nature of the challenges and attempts that contributed to the formation of the current political equation in Iraq. H.E. pointed out that a balanced political majority is a correct and sound choice that protects the political system.
His Eminence said, “I am with any smooth, gradual transition from consociationalism to the national majority, leading to the equation of loyalty and opposition, half plus one and a half minus one, in the end, as a condition for the success of the national majority, in addition to its balance is the protection of opposition and granting it the rights to oppose, oversight, and give an opinion”. H.E. illustrated the importance of achieving it by supporting the farmers and the agricultural with inputs from agricultural mechanization and the like to transform the farming process into a productive and profitable process.
