Sayyid Al-Hakeem renews call for Syria's return to the Arab League
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, renewed his position in support of Syria’s return to the Arab League on 21/4/2022, expressing his satisfaction with the recent developments and mutual visits between Syria and some Arab countries. While meeting with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Syria to Baghdad, His Excellency Sattam Jadaan Al-Dandah, H.E. stressed that terrorism is still a common challenge for Iraq, Syria, the region, and the world, which requires maintaining coordination and intensifying treatments at the security, political, economic and social levels.
His Eminence discussed with Al-Dandah ways to strengthen relations between the two countries, noting that the imbalance that resulted from the recent elections caused the political impasse, and is a prelude to instability. In his speech, H.E. said that the initiative of Al-Hikma National Movement to resolve the political crisis represents an opportunity for fairness to all by sitting at the same dialogue table as it is. Due to that, it comes in the context of the good relations that unite Al-Hikma with the rest of the political powers.
