Sayyid Al-Hakeem renews support for the disabled and calls to empower them
In his meeting with the Iraqi people with disabilities in their gathering in Baghdad in the presence of Mr. Muwaffaq Al-Khafaji, head of the assembly 10/4/2022, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, blessed them with the advent of the month of Ramadan and wished them continued health and wellness. Reiterating his position in supporting this large segment due to terrorism and wars, calling to support, empowerment, and enablement that goes in line with the size of their sacrifices and giving.
His Eminence stressed the importance of society to have a culture of dealing with people with disabilities, stressing the need for buildings and institutions to have the infrastructure for people with disabilities.
His Eminence stressed the necessity of activating and amending laws relating to the people with disabilities, calling for cooperation between civil society organizations and the relevant institutions to serve them.
