Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls to adopt law of Diwaniyah to be Iraq’s economic capital
In the benevolent province of Diwaniyah, the province of abundant goodness, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with its local government and the governor Sheik Zuhair Ali Al-Shaalan, heads of administrative units, directors of service departments and security leaders in the province 22/3/2022, and recalled with them the common history with this city in the Twentieth Revolution and confronting dictatorship and terrorism, in addition to building the new Iraq.
His Eminence stressed the importance of providing additional resources to the province of Diwaniyah and dealing with them based on the deprived and the demographic reality, stressing the activation of the Diwaniyah agricultural capital project to provide the Iraqi food basket and export the surplus to enhance the city’s resources. H.E. called to end the acquisitions issue of AL-Diwaniyah University, and stressed the necessity of supporting the families of the martyrs and give them their dues as an appreciation for their sacrifices.
His Eminence also called for the provision of financial allocations for the establishment of the new city of Diwaniyah, and said that Diwaniyah is not poor but deprived, stressing the establishment of the Diwaniyah Reconstruction Council and activating the work of projects that are delayed or that have been disrupted or fragmented for financial reasons, and investing financial abundance and overcoming the budget obstacle in supporting these projects.
