Sayyid Al-Hakeem receives Defense minister, emphasize combat effectiveness development continuously, diverse arming sources
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, received His Excellency, the Minister of Defense, Mr. Juma Inad, and congratulated him and all regiments of the Iraqi army: officers and higher ranks on the 101st Iraqi Army Day on Thursday, 6 January 2022.
His Eminence commended the military’s efforts in defending the homeland and the people in facing security challenges, especially combating terrorism. H.E. also called to take care of the military institution, develop capacities, sustainable training, and elevate readiness.
His Eminence called to diversify armament sources and implement modern technology that saves efforts and grants superior precision. While also emphasizing the necessity of strengthening the military doctrine of defending the homeland and its democratic system.
