Sayyid Al-Hakeem commits to Federal Court results’ ruling, affirms withdrawal form next government
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, express committing to the ruling of the Federal Court over the results of the recent elections.
His Eminence tweeted on Monday, 27 December 2021, “Driven by our deep trust in the supremacy of the constitution and law, we express our commitment to the ruling of the Federal Court regarding the results, despite our serious observations on the electoral process.”
His Eminence reiterated his congratulations to the winners, urging them to work based on the responsibility they have been given to serve the people and to haste the formation of a government that is efficient, works in tandem with all the participating parties and is ready to be held responsible before the Iraqi people. H.E. also reiterated his position of not participating in the next government.
