Following Tarmiyah events: Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem calls to secure fragile roads, intensify pre-emptive strikes
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, called to secure fragile areas using solid plans and preemptive strikes. His Eminence tweeted on August 21, 2021, “We were shocked by the news of the martyrdom and injury of a group of Popular Mobilization Forces heroes as a result of a treacherous attack carried out by ISIS in Al-Tarmiyah district, north of the capital, Baghdad. While we share their families' grief and sympathy, we stress the need to secure fragile using solid security plans and preemptive strikes against terrorist cells in these areas to prevent the recurrence of such painful incidents.
Praying to Allah to have mercy on the martyrs, rest them in spacious heavens, inspire their families’ patience and solace, and heal the wounded.”
