Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls to support the Government, politically and popularly
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, discussed with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Ms. Jeanine Plasschaert on 12/12/2022, the political developments of Iraq and the region and the UN’s role in supporting Iraq to overcome challenges. His Eminence affirmed the importance of supporting the government in implementing its program to achieve the desired aspirations. H.E. also illustrated the importance of providing services as the best and shortest way to restore the citizens’ trust in the political system.
H.E. called to support the government politically and popularly, and to place the public interest before private and individual ones. In addition, H.E. indicated that Iraq’s winnings in all fields were a product of putting the national interest forward and wavering private and personal interests for the sake of Iraq.
