Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Iraq Lives Political and Social Order – We Must Uphold Stability and Reconstruction
During His Eminence’s visit to Sheikh Taher Al-Salman Al-Nasrallah’s guesthouse, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with sheikhs and dignitaries of Al-Nasrallah tribe. H.E. reflected on the historical bond shared with this noble tribe, emphasizing its significant role in resisting dictatorship and contributing to nation-building through sacrifices of blood, tears, and dedication.
H.E. affirmed that Iraq is now experiencing a phase of political and social order, highlighting that Dhi Qar Province is part of this transformation. He pointed out that Iraq has overcome social challenges and divisions, stressing that sectarian conflict has never been a societal issue, but rather a political sectarianism manipulated for specific agendas.
Moreover, H.E. emphasized that the shared destiny of Iraqis is coexistence, citing mixed marriages and numerous social connections that have enabled Iraq to overcome its societal crises.
H.E. called for preserving the ongoing reconstruction, stability, and progress, urging the nation to hold on to the achievements made thus far and build upon them. He emphasized the importance of celebrating successes and expressing gratitude to Allah. H.E. also called on Iraqi tribes and security forces to unite and support Dhi Qar Province to continue the process of building and reconstruction, serving the people of this cherished province.
