H.E. emphasized Basra's significance to Shaheed Al-Mihrab (may his soul rest in peace), recalling that Basra was his first stop upon returning to Iraq. H.E. underscored the importance of loyalty to Basra and congratulated the attendees on the birth anniversary of Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance), urging readiness for his emergence by promoting justice and fairness and aligning under his army and banner.
H.E. stressed the need to strive for societal reform and not to underestimate the impact of opinions on the community, emphasizing that societal improvement begins with self-reform. H.E. encouraged making use of the spiritual season for this purpose.
H.E. highlighted the honorable history of Al-Hikma National Movement, rooted in its connection to the martyr leaders and its commitment to moderation and centrism.
