During his visit to Kirkuk governorate, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met several figures, elites, and generous Kurdish leaders at the headquarters of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, recalling the biography of the late great Jalal Talabani, the former president of the Republic, and his moderate approach, which made him close to everyone, until his departure was a loss for everyone.
His Eminence pointed out the importance of the provincial councils because of the control and legislative space they provide, expressing his hope that the upcoming electoral exercise will result in favorable opportunities for all.
H.E. pointed to the importance of the State Running Coalition because it provides a space for political calm, expressing his happiness with the state of coexistence and harmony in Kirkuk, pointing out that in the past two days, we have not recorded any remarks from one component to another, but all the remarks were demands in need of administrative or legislative reform.
