State Running Coalition holds periodic meeting for state budget voting
The State Running Coalition on 10/5/2023, held its periodic meeting in the presence of the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sodani, and the Speaker of the House, Mr. Mohammed Al-Halbosi. The meeting discussed the agenda concerning both the government and parliament, as well as the services projects that the government can provide at the current stage.
The meeting discussed what has been accomplished by the government program and expressed support for the Iraqi government and its plans to elevate the service, economic, and development realities in the country.
The coalition set the 17th of May as a preliminary date to vote on the budget after taking into consideration all recommendations and rephrasing it to work in parallel with the government program.
Concerning elections, the meeting called for the timely completion of all requirements.
