Sayyid Al-Hakeem: strength and information are proportional
On the 17th Ramadan lecture on 17/4/2023, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, continued his speech on the Letter of Rights of our Imam Zayn Al-Abidine Ali Bin Al-Hussein “PBUH” where His Eminence illustrated the 7th right of the Hand and said that the Hand have real, metaphorical, and metonymical meaning and finished explaining the real and metaphorical meanings and reached the metonymical meaning. H.E. said in this lecture that power, dominance, control, and influence are the third testament of the metonymical meaning of the Hand, referring to power, dominance, and influence as an innate behavior to humans, and will seek out ways and means that will increase the space of his influence and dominance.
H.E. pointed out the proportional relation between power, knowledge, and exploration, illustrating that the more a human gains knowledge the more information he will gain, providing him knowledge on instruments that will increase his strength, influence space, and power. H.E. affirmed that space of influence and power have no negative nor positive limits.
H.E. illustrated the types of power, there are physical power and abilities, as well as the strength of tools owned by man. There is a distinction between things based on their role in providing strength for a person. There are spiritual powers and social influence power as well. H.E. illustrated that independence, self-pride, self-esteem, and desire to evolve stem from power, indicating that feeling helpless is one incentive to obtain and upgrade power. H.E. also illustrated the importance of realizing outer powers , recognizing our inability to achieve something, and recognizing our need for this power to achieve our aspirations.
