ayyid Al-Hakeem receives Canadian Ambassador, discusses bilateral ties
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, affirmed the importance of the political dialogue in Iraq and the region and what follows from security and economic stability to the Canadian Ambassador to Baghdad, His Excellency Gregory Galligan on 10/4/2023. His Eminence also called upon the ambassador to support all acts aiming to converge any disagreeing parties together, due to this benefiting the countries of the region and the world. H.E. reiterated his support for the government and its steps to benefit the homeland and its citizens. H.E. also called for more resolutions and measures to elevate the service reality as a fundamental front to restore the trust of the citizen in the political system. They discussed during the meeting ways to strengthen bilateral ties between Iraq and Canada in a way that serves the interests of both countries.
